Please ensure the address you have provided is correct. Parcels and non-deliverable will be sent back to 9months. In such instances, you will be charged the ‘return way’ mailing costs (as charged by the courier company), in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.

We need 2-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.

Deliveries from the day of mail-out:

For Malaysia are within 2-3 working days whereas international countries are within 3-5 working days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Customs and Import Duties

You may subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from 9monthsmaternity.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We may charge you a redelivery fee if the parcel is returned to us uncollected.


We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated.

Discounted price, Sale items and Panties are not eligible for exchange and/ or refunds. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products. We will issue you a Product Return Form and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

We will then deliver the replacement item(s) at no cost to you. If the item is returned due to any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please take note products color viewed online may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display setting.

To return your merchandise(s) please follow the instruction below.

Complete the Product Return Form, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely (in the original package if possible). Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will return the item(s) and postages will be borne by the customers.

If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a “proof of Postage” certificate from the post-office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
