ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen the size, colour and quantity, you can add items to your shopping bag by clicking on Add to Bag. You may check how many items are in your shopping bag or remove items by clicking on My Bag. When you have selected all your purchases, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and you will be guided through the checkout process. Upon submission of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order ID number.
When will my order start processing?
We need 2-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.
How do I redeem a promo code?
Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. On this page, you will see a field stated PROMO CODE. Enter the code then click APPLY. If you missed the promo code box during checkout, click on the shopping bag icon to return to your shopping bag where you will be able to enter your promo code. You can only use one promotion code at a time, and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders.
What should I do if I received the wrong or defect product(s)?
We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products. We will assist further on the return process and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.
Can I return or exchange my products?
We accept exchange and refunds for item(s) that fulfil these conditions: The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We accept exchange and refunds for item(s) that fulfil these conditions: The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Discounted price and Sale items are not eligible for exchange and/ or refunds. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products. We will assist further on the return process and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

We will then deliver the replacement item(s) at no cost to you. If the item is returned due to any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please take note products color viewed online may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display setting.

To return your merchandise(s) please follow the instruction below.

  • Once we have acknowledged your return request, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely (in the original package if possible).
  • Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact.

The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will return the item(s) and postages will be borne by the customers.

If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a “proof of Postage” certificate from the post-office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

How do I receive refunds?
We allow refund via store credit once we have received and inspected your return item accordingly. You should receive your store credit refund within 2 to 3 working days.

2. eGHL Payment Gateway

eGHL, an Online Payment Gateway System operated by GHL ePayments Sdn. Bhd. (eGHL) accepts online credit card payment (Visa and MasterCard), Internet Banking (or E-Debit) and Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet)

Please note that your transaction will be processed at eGHL using order data that is submitted from our Online Store. This means that your credit/debit card details are submitted directly into the eGHL Payment Gateway network. When processing your electronic payment, you will be safely sending and receiving the transaction data to and from eGHL Payment Gateway.

3. IPay88 Payment Gateway

IPay88, an Internet Payment Service Provider operated by Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd. accepts online credit card payment (Visa and MasterCard), Internet Banking (or E-Debit) and Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet)

Please note that Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd process your online payment. The Name of Mobile88.com will appear on your credit card / bank statement and you will also receive a notification email from Mobile88.com on this transaction.

Secure Online Shopping

When sensitive credit card details are passed through our website, the information will be automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level encryption commercially available). Online secure credit card payment is made through iPay88 (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the Internet. IPay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required. Please be informed that we do not store any credit card information during an online credit card payment process.
