How To Shop

 

1. Select Web Region

Selection of region is determined by customer's shipping address. Please refer to the table below to select the applicable region.

2. Place Order

Once you have chosen the size, colour and quantity, you can add items to your shopping bag by clicking on Add to Bag. You may check how many items are in your shopping bag or remove items by clicking on My Bag. When you have selected all your purchases, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and you will be guided through the checkout process. Upon submission of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order ID number.

 

3. Track Your Order

You may email us at customerservice@9months.com.my, quoting your order ID number to check on the order status. We will respond as soon as possible.

 

4. Modify of Cancel Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Exchange and Returns policy.
