Our business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
The cut off time for all order is 11.00am on business days. Orders made before the cut off time will be processed on the same day. Any orders made after the cut off time will be processed on the next business days.

Order Cancellation

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Exchange and Returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated.

Discounted price and Sale items are not eligible for exchange and/ or refunds. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products. We will issue you a Product Return Form and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

We will then deliver the replacement item(s) at no cost to you. If the item is returned due to any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the same style and size is not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given. For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

Please take note products color viewed online may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display setting.

To return your merchandise(s) please follow the instruction below.

  • Complete the Product Return Form, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely (in the original package if possible).
  • Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact.

The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will return the item(s) and postages will be borne by the customers.

If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "proof of Postage" certificate from the post-office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
